To say that their is history in the streets of Franklin, TN would be an understatement. Often referred to as "America's Favorite Main Street" downtown Franklin is more like a living museum. It draws all sorts of people from around the country to our area. I even know of a few actors who fly back and forth to LA just so they can live near Franklin. It is that special and it is that rare.

We hate to say this, but unlike other contractors, we actually check with these organizations to ensure compliance before starting projects. We ensure that Historic Zoning Commission is consulted and color are approved before we ever begin our projects.

One other note about these historic homes and preservation. We offer a service which is perfect for small repairs. Many homes built in this a era were built from hardwoods, the likes of which are not grown today. Keeping as much of the original wood in tact for preservation purposes is always desired. That is why we offer epoxy repair of rotted wood. It allows for the original wood to remain and creates a strong fleaxiable bond which will resist rot in the future.
