The Siegel area of Murfreesboro is known for more than just the tallest landfill pile anyone has ever seen. It is home to one of the best communities in town. To the south of Siegel High School, you have some of the nicest older homes in the entire city. Communities dotted with mature trees and beautiful landscaping. We actually love doing work in this part of town. To the north, some of the new developments and town homes have popped up over the past ten years. The only thing to really complain about in Siegel is the afternoon traffic...ugh!

Given some of the more recently built homes just south of Sulphur Springs Rd., we are seeing more modern color choices and styles. The brick executive homes are everywhere. The older homes in this area tend to embrace their age, with few catching the trend of painting their brick white as in the Blackman area.
